In addition to conventional raw materials like sand, stone, and cement, it can incorporate a large proportion of industrial waste—including fly ash, slag, steel slag, and coal gangue—with the mixing ratio reaching 60% or higher. The material cart is fabricated from imported wear-resistant Hardox steel plate, boasting outstanding wear resistance and a service life 3 to 5 times longer than that of ordinary steel plates. For high-end models, a grid-driven reciprocating material distribution technology is additionally installed, which can accurately distribute raw materials according to the shape of the mold cavity. This completely resolves the uneven material distribution issue that often plagues traditional distribution methods, ensuring consistent quality across every finished block.
