Production Details and Structural Features

1. Heating Element Material and Performance

The infrared lamps in the preheating and drying system exhibit excellent thermochemical stability, high insulation strength, and long service life, maintaining stable performance under prolonged high-temperature operation. This solves the problem of poor high-temperature resistance and frequent replacement required by competing products' heating elements.

2. Energy-Saving Coating Design

The semi-gold-plated coating on the inner wall of the system maximizes heat reflection. The ceramic reflective coating in the heating zone has a significantly higher reflection efficiency than conventional coatings used by competitors (generally below 70%). Heating is focused solely on the target brick material, preventing heat loss to the surrounding environment and resulting in significant energy savings.

Common Troubleshooting

1. Sprayer starts normally, but no paint is dispensed in recirculation mode: Check if the paint is in the hopper and if the suction pipe is fully immersed in paint; check if the suction pipe is blocked; check the sealing performance of the connection between the suction pipe and the suction valve.

2. Sudden pressure drop after starting the spray gun: Check if the nozzle is severely worn; clean any clogged suction filters; dilute overly viscous paint.

3. Unable to spray/Standby pressure is normal, but pressure drops and flow rate is insufficient upon starting the gun: Unblock any clogged nozzles or filters; return the nozzles from the backwash position to the normal position; remove any debris clogging the suction port.

4. Uneven paint distribution: Increase the low spray pressure setting; unblock any clogged spray guns, nozzles, or filters; reseal any loose connections between the suction pipe and the suction valve; replace worn nozzles; dilute overly viscous paint; repair any pressure leaks.

5. Insufficient or low pressure on the spray gun: Adjust the pressure valve control knob clockwise to increase the pressure setting; replace the power supply interface with a high-quality one to resolve low power voltage issues.

Operating Precautions

1. Never touch the heating lamp with wet hands to prevent electric shock.

2. Never use infrared lamps in flammable or explosive environments. Ensure the concentration of chemical solvents in the air does not exceed 50% (minimum explosive limit).

3. Avoid prolonged exposure of the eyes to infrared radiation within 1 meter to prevent eye damage.

4. Do not touch the infrared lamp with your hands during or after operation, as the high temperature of the lamp body can cause burns.

5. Fire extinguishers must be readily available in the work area at all times to promptly address fire hazards.

6. Never point the spray gun at any part of the body to avoid personal injury from paint spray and pressure impact.

7. When operating, repairing, or entering the equipment's work area, appropriate protective equipment such as safety glasses, heat-resistant gloves, and respirators must be worn.

8. Remove all sources of ignition from the work area, including open flames, cigarette butts, portable lamps, and plastic tarpaulins that may generate static sparks.
